Biographie
Julien Ladenburger est né à Paris où il y découvre pour la première fois la manipulation d’objets. Il se forme à l’Ecole de Cirque de Bordeaux (ECB) où une forte attirance pour le théâtre et l’acrobatie émerge. Il intègre en 2019 le cursus commun ENACR Rosny-Sous-Bois / CNAC Centre National des Arts du Cirque de Châlons-en-Champagne en tant que jongleur. Il y développe un jonglage nerveux, mixant jonglage et acrobatie. De plus, le travail fait main, artisanal, se révèle être un élément important dans ces recherches jonglistiques et scénographiques. Cela implique l’exploration de matériaux différents qui influence fortement ses propositions artistiques. Pendant sa première année à l’ENACR, il travaille avec Kaori Ito. Puis au CNAC il se prêta au jeu de la reprise de répertoire du spectacle C’est pour toi que je fais ça de Guy Alloucherie, Cie HVDZ, où il travaille avec joie le texte dans une pièce de cirque. Il devient ponctuellement interprète en 2021 pour une reprise de rôle du spectacle Un contre Un, de Raphaëlle Boitel / Cie L’oubliée. En parallèlle, il s’engage en 2022 dans une tournée en chapiteau avec sa promotion du CNAC avec le spectacle Balestra mis en scène par Marie Molliens de la compagnie Rasposo. En 2023, il fonde la compagnie La friche, pour accueillir son premier spectacle » La coulée « .
Julien Ladenburger was born in Paris, where he first discovered object manipulation. He trained at the Ecole de Cirque de Bordeaux (ECB), where a strong attraction to theater and acrobatics emerged. In 2019, he joined the joint curriculum of ENACR Rosny-Sous-Bois / CNAC Centre National des Arts du Cirque de Châlons-en-Champagne as a juggler. There, he developed a dynamic juggling style, blending juggling and acrobatics. Additionally, handcrafted work proved to be an important element in his juggling and scenographic research. This involved exploring different materials that strongly influenced his artistic proposals. During his first year at ENACR, he worked with Kaori Ito. Then, at CNAC, he took on the challenge of reprising repertoire from the show C’est pour toi que je fais ça by Guy Alloucherie, Cie HVDZ, where he joyfully worked on the text in a circus piece. He became an occasional performer in 2021 for a role reprisal in the show Un contre Un by Raphaëlle Boitel / Cie L’oubliée. In parallel, in 2022, he embarked on a touring tent adventure with his CNAC class with the show Balestra directed by Marie Molliens of the company Rasposo. In 2023, he founded the company La Friche, to present his first show La Coulée.RÉSIDENCE — La Coulée
C’est à cet endroit que je souhaite développer un cirque plastique. Dans ce spectacle, il est question d’un espace en décomposition avec lequel j’interagis. Ici, chaque élément scénographique répond à une logique de cause à effet qui lui est propre. C’est la recherche d’une esthétique particulière qui compose et recompose, qui construit et déconstruit. Je suis acteur d’un monde qui se métamorphose au gré de ses envies, passant de la cassure à la coulure, de la liquéfaction à la solidité. »
« My approach is that of a craftsman, producing an object through its materiality, and that of an artist who does not seek a set of usage rules, manipulating a space I have built but do not control.
It is at this juncture that I aim to develop a plastic circus. In this performance, I interact with a space in decay. Here, each scenic element follows its own logic of cause and effect, pursuing a particular aesthetic that continuously composes and recomposes, constructs and deconstructs. I am an actor in a world that metamorphoses according to its whims, shifting from fracture to flow, from liquefaction to solidity. »
