From the self-sufficient family farm of yesterday to contemporary agribusiness, Hélène Mathon wonders about our ties to the Earth and, through them, to what we eat. On stage: a field, miniatures, four actors, the testimony of farmers, and archival images. From them, Mathon creates a “docu-fiction” that is both homage and call for vigilance.
